Ministry of Food courses are friendly fun and welcoming, and suitable for both beginners and people with some cooking experience. On our standard course you can expect to achieve some of the following outcomes:

- Learn about healthy eating

- Learn a range of different cooking skills and techniques

- Learn about food hygiene and safe cooking

- Gain confidence to cook from scratch and follow a recipe

- Learn about shopping and budgeting

- Eat, taste and cook some great Jamie Oliver recipes

- Enjoy yourself!

Come and learn to cook at Jamie’s Ministry of Food Leeds
Each cooking course runs for 8 weeks, with each session lasting 1 1/2 hours.
You will learn to prepare, cook and eat lots of healthy, affordable meals, and get lots of recipes and information to take away.

Courses run all day, Monday to Saturday, in a friendly atmosphere with a great mix of people.

Standard course prices as follows:

£7.50 per week or full course £60.00*
£7.00 per week or full course £55.00* for Leeds Cards & Leeds Cards 60 holders
£4.50 per week or full course £35.00* for Leeds Card Extra, Leeds Card 60 Extra, Valid Student ID & those who have proof of means tested benefit
